1986 Mercedes-Benz S-Class for sale
1986 Mercedes 420 SEL. Probably one of my most favorite 420 or 560 SEL's have ever owned. I've put approximately 7000 miles on this beautiful car over the last year and have done all sorts of maintenance on the car over and above what normally do simply because was having fun doing it and making it as reliable as modern car. have made videos of the car. Please take the time to view them before calling me with any questions. Without doubt the very best paint condition of any Mercedes I've ever owned, just about perfect. can see the rear bumper was painted at one time in its life but the rest of the car has never had any paint work. It has all original paint throughout the car and has never been hit or in an accident of any kind. Runs and drives fantastic. even spent $200 having it go through "Rust Check" which is the very best rustproofing system available today in the U.S. If you do not know what it is please look up "Rust Check" online and you'll see what am talking about. Here is list of some of the maintenance items have done in the last 11 months: 30 percent window tint, new hood pad, new tires, lube, oil and filter and all fluids changed on the car, all new brakes and rotors, new wipers, A/C venting repaired, new fuel sending units, new A/C compressor, expansion valve and filter drier, new master cylinder with cap and seal, new distributor cap and rotor, new front brake calipers and finally new ignition coil. Cost quite bit of money doing all this but it was fun to delve into fixing one of these cars and discovered that it was not nearly as difficult as thought it might be. Even my mechanic said the same thing. What pleasure it is now to own and drive this car. feel very confident driving it any distance as discussed in my video.
