The "C" designation identified two-wheel-drive pickups, and the "K" identified 4X4s. The most common pickup was the C10, half-ton truck with 6.5- or 8-foot cargo box. The C/K series trucks remained essentially the same vehicle during series of conservative redesigns, until 1997, when the 1998 Silverado replaced it.For consignment totally rebuilt engine, some snazzy 1970's paint, Mickey Thompson Sportsman ST Tires, and scooped hood, this truck has had new life breathed into it. Root Beer Brown with cream wide middle panel complete with bordering gold pinstripes and cream cab top make up the body of this truck. On the hood section we note dual cowlings, heading towards the windshield where they allow plenty of air in under the hood. cream Lund color matching sun visor is attached to the roof and gives the truck classic look. Bed has been completely redone, new tailgate and roll pan installed, with no scratches and bathed in Root Beer Brown, with rubber bedliner atop the deck. Plenty of padded textured leather and vinyl covers the doors, seats and dash. two-tone motif is used with dark tan and cream. Original style dash is clean and all there with gauges working. Very nice clean tan carpeting covers the floors, and also noted is custom center insert between the buckets which traces the lines of the seats and provides dual cup holder on its end near the tall shifter on the hump.
