car is currently m.o.t'd until 25th september 2016
there was an advisory on the m.o.t that stated exhaust heat shield loose (centre and rear) and this can sometimes be heard when going on bumpy road,but it isn't really anything major
the car has done quite few miles 155k miles at the m.o.t test,but there has been just owner of the vehicle who used the car to commute to his place of work,so most are motorway miles and i'm sure the car will be just as reliable for the next 150k miles it is just such reliable,bullet-proof car that keeps on going...
the fact it has been listed as spares or repair is little mis-leading it does exactly what car is expected to do starts up no problem,ticks over nice and quietly and drives well too the reason really is mainly the mileage,as this scares some people,along with couple of appearance issues
there is scrape to the n/s/r wheel arch where it scraped along fence could be repaired,but was left as it is
also,as is common on lot of these models,especially the 5-door versions,the plastic door trim on the edge of the door flew off in the wind on the motorway and nearly did the same on the other side,so is secured with tape please see pics
just cosmetic thing really,but needed mention,as daredn't not point it out they haven't been replaced as they are so very expensive to buy from ford,but i'm sure there would be loads in your local scrapyard for not much cost
a real bargain of car,which can be legally driven home at end of auction,ideal for little runaround,or new driver's first car
comes with keys,v5 logbook,etc,etc and also an up-to-date h.p.i.certificate showing the car to be all clear,for extra peace of mind
