New import, sold unreg'd with Import ApprovalSolid daily driver cond.Was an orig black "B" plate CA pickup reg'd 'till March '17. Its never been unreg'd in calif.Faded paint on the top half, but not crazed or cracked.
Drives good. Its factory floor shift speed syncro Saginaw w/Hurst shifter. The matching numbers eng/vin 327 engine runs well, is in tune and runs through the gears smoothly. Has Weiand 4bbl intake with 2bbl Holley, 10 bolt axle and GM air-shocks. Has newer twin exhaust 2" or 2.1/4" maybe, is still solid and silver to look at.Good genuine whitewall tyres 215/75-14 Hankooks and orig hubbys.
It has orig untouched floorpans. It does have a couple of rust spots in the front pans and one back above the muffler, about the size of matchbox/cigg box when prepped. Ezi to access repair,no biggie just stating the obvious.Inner sills and inner rear 1/4s are dry and clean. The floorpans have no factory underbody sealer, just clean pans and subframes which make it an honest car to inspect. The underbody is straight with no floor dents or damage.Radiator support is dry with no rust or past repairs.Tailgate is straight and has clean inner seams. The loading bed is nice too [Prob due to the 60s fibre-canopy].
Front and rear bumpers are solid and straight with good chrome. Looks like newer front windscreen.
Clean bench seat and dashpad. Door trims are ok and its fully carpeted to the rear seat loading area. Still has the orig plastic storage insert behind drivers seat that extends under the bed. Interior needs new shifter boot and it has no glove box liner. Wipers and horn not working,but havnt looked into it too much, switch or fuse,dunno. Lights,turn signals and numberplate light work. Guages all work and idiot lights work on startup. Lenses are all ok, glass is all ok. The removable canopy has sliding side windows. I does ome with the [missing in pics], drivers armrest,new door seals and the interior rear view mirror.
Cool old girl, great cruiser,workhorse or tow/swap hack. Needs weekend spent on it tidying up few things, but great solid base for driver/restorer etc.
