Needs someone to give it some TLC but is good runner/ working project use it every time the weather is good enough.
I bought the car as project, but just don't have time or ability after an operation last year.
The Good
MOT till July
Clifford alarm
Very cheap to insure paid £100 fully comp)classic insurance)
Cheap to tax and run.
Hood in very good condition.
4 electric windows
5 seats, most convertibles are only 4.
Everything works
Still taxed, tested and insured if you would like test drive.
The Bad
The boot and bonnet laquer is peeling and some stone chips/ scratches
A couple of small dents on the body work.
Both wings have rust holes which have treated and covered with tape and needs filling.
rust bubbles round the petrol cap
Rust by the back wheels again treated., but not repaired.
No power steering on these models.
Small chip in the windscreen
Cigarette hole in the drivers seat.
Small oil leak from the rocker cover.
A belt squeaks on start up, but only for few seconds.
I would advise viewing because the bonnet and boot paintwork, was going to replace them or get them re spayed so please be aware they are by no means show room condition, saying that the car starts, runs and stops well. Nothing like getting the roof down and wind in your hair.
