Holden 1979 HZ 1 tonner for sale
1978 holden HZ tonner with WB front end.. This car has been in my family for 12 years, sold it to my brother and he had it for about years, he stripped it and then lost interest in it so brought it back and pretty much restored it. It was used as my wedding car.. Ive spent thousands on it, but its just sat in my garage for about year now and havn't got the money to proceed with it, my wife is pregnant and we need it gone unfortunately... It hasn't been registered since 2009, The good:
Fresh paint job $2500-,Brand new interior/suade roof/leather seats trimmed dash, custom center console, whole interior costs $2390-, B&M megashifter, had all the wiring re-done, brand new wheels and tyres $1900-... Its running rebuilt 253 with an Edelbrok manifold and 600 Holley DP, after market big dizzy and yellow neddle GTS wb dash...The bad:The car doesnt run properly, think the timing is out, the carby was rebuilt about year ago and for some reason is leaking from the rear bowl on the carby.. The brakes are spongey and probably need upgrading, the power steering works but leaks abit from the steering box, power steering pump was rebuilt also.. Running v8 trimatic, it works but would need service, it leaks abit as well but drives really well.. Very extremely regretful sale as this car is my baby, but like i.said im family man now with bub on the way and have no more money to spend on it...
