Since purchased the car in December 2015 it has been serviced by a mechanic who is family friend but the book hasn’t been stamped accordingly, below is what has been done.
January 2016 windows professionally tinted and towbar fitted.March 2017 Full Service including Cambelt and Waterpump, mileage 66273.December 2017 Replacement boot catch from VW not cheap replica from eBay.March 2018 Oil and Oil Filter, mileage 73291.December 2018 New Battery and rear springs April 2019 Full Service, Front Offside Ball joint and front tyres. mileage 81752.
The car is 12 years old and does have usual marks expected with car of this age and that has been used as family car. The wheels do have some kerb marks and the engine management light is currently on, it needs the strangulation butterfly replacing but have been advised that the car is fine without it. The mechanic use said it would cost £200 for the butterfly to be replaced.
I have priced the car with the above in mind and am not in rush to sell it as we were going to keep it as second car but due to how little we are using the car since the purchase of newer Touran feel it would be best going to new owner.
